Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the automation services provided by Baseline Ops ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Jackson Elseroad in Statesboro, Georgia. By engaging our services or contacting us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our services
Baseline Ops sets up and maintains automation for local home service businesses, including missed-call text back, lead follow-up, appointment booking and reminders, and automated Google review requests. We work to keep these automations running, but you are responsible for the accuracy of the contact information and business details you provide to us.
SMS terms
- Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your interactions with our automation — for example missed-call replies, appointment reminders, and review requests.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send or receive from us.
- Reply STOP to opt out. You can cancel our automated text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out you may receive a final confirmation message.
- Reply HELP for help. Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us directly at jackelser02@gmail.com or (912) 465-2130.
By providing your mobile number and engaging with our services, you consent to receive these automated text messages. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your mobile information and SMS consent are handled.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use our services lawfully, to provide accurate information, and to obtain any consent required from your own customers before their contact details are used in our automations. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in your communications.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baseline Ops and Jackson Elseroad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
